Dear Friends,

The Plum Senior Community Center invites you to join us in making a difference for older adults. The Center is proud of its 30-year legacy of providing vital services to thousands of older adults in Plum and the surrounding communities. But, right now we need your help and tax deductible gift to fund these programs. Our programs and services are not completely funded by government grants or activity fees, and all indications are that these revenues will be not be increasing. A substantial amount of our financial need relies on contributions from private donors - like you.

The Center must fundraise to make our programs available including . . . health education and screenings, fitness activities, home delivered meals, on-site hot lunch, assistance and counseling for energy assistance, tax preparation, property tax/rent rebates and healthcare insurance selection. These and our other programs assist older adults in maintaining their independence - a goal that many of us share as we age.

Your tax deductible gift will help sustain these essential existing programs or create much needed new ones. So that we3 can provide and grow our vital services, we ask you to consider making a contribution.

The Center is a 501(c) (3) charitable organization. your tax-deductible donation cen be sent directly to the Center or via Paypal website. You mayt also contribute through The United Way, Contributor Number 297.

With a generous gift of support you will receive a Discount Card that can be used at many local businesses for discounts on goods and services. You can also use the card at the Center to receive discounts on events and classes.
